Wonderful! We first worked with Sam four years ago when we purchased our house - this time we were selling, and based on our previous experience, we knew we wanted to work with Sam! We ended up selling for much more than I ever could have imagined. Sam went above and beyond. It was helpful that she was always available through text message. She helped us stage our house so that it appeared larger and highlighted all of it's best features. The photographer she brought in did an excellent job. She understood how to generate interest on the house to ensure that we didn't have to have it on the market for very long (with two busy jobs, a baby, and a dog, showings are tricky!).

We knew we would list our house for sale with Sam when we first interviewed her. She is very energetic and enthusiastic. She recommended we do staging and put us in touch with 2 staging experts. We re-finished our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with spectacular results. We know it must have helped, since we got an offer during the very first open house.
