I would like to start by saying Sam is an absolute Rockstar. due to Sam's can do attitude and persistence, I was able to successfully purchase a home from overseas. due to some difficulty I had initially in securing financing because of my work overseas I was ready to give up on my home buying dreams. However, Sam remained confident and used her extensive network of lenders to find me one willing to lend to me. During the process she remained in close contact with me keeping informed on every new development. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy a home.

During the home search she was meticulous in pointing out potential issues with the homes and giving honest advice. She always had our best interest at the forefront as she guided us through as first time home buyers. Wonderful! We first worked with Sam four years ago when we purchased our house - this time we were selling, and based on our previous experience, we knew we wanted to work with Sam! We ended up selling for much more than I ever could have imagined. Sam went above and beyond. It was helpful that she was always available through text message. She helped us stage our house so that it appeared larger and highlighted all of it's best features. The photographer she brought in did an excellent job. She understood how to generate interest on the house to ensure that we didn't have to have it on the market for very long (with two busy jobs, a baby, and a dog, showings are tricky!).

Sam helped us buy our house at a great price a few years ago and sell it this year for a significant profit. She was integral in making both the purchase and sale smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
